This workshop focuses on the meditation aspect of yoga, and each individuals’ postural alignment.
Everyone will be different, and have to work on different aspects of hip extension / flexion to be able to sit comfortably in meditation.
During this in depth workshop, we will look at postural alignment types, and look specifically into how to remedy your bodies specific ailments to allow you to sit comfortably in meditation.
