Rachel Richards

Rachel has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching for 2.

She completed her preliminary year with the British Wheel and most recently has been training at Tri Yoga London under Mimi Kuo Deemer and Jean Hall. Like most people, her practice started as a way to keep fit, build stamina and increase flexibility. Then 4 years ago that changed.

Life had a lot to say and yoga was the clearest voice in the room. Rachel teaches both vinyasa flow and restorative yoga with that voice –clear, calm, with an open heart and with a little humor too! Restorative yoga – Allow yourself the important task of doing nothing – Rachel will guide you through various restorative poses to de-stress mind and body. Your parasympathetic nervous system will be given the chance to engage, allowing the inner systems of the body to reboot and renew.

A nurturing practice where your body will be completely supported by props to leave you feeling centered, present and relaxed – The only way to start your week.
