Helpful gentle yoga for happy backs with Penny Cronyn - Saturday 18th November

Saturday 18th November, 1pm-2.30pm


When your back is stiff and sore it can be hard to know where to start. In this short, introductory session you'll be given a taster of some useful gentle yoga movements for happy backs. We'll also work with simple movements to notice your alignment and explore how we inhabit our bodies and carry our backs. The session will end with a relaxation.

** Please note: if your back is in the middle of a flare up please check with your GP first before signing up for this session
