Gentle viniyoga with Tara - 12 week course


Wednesdays, 3rd January - 28th March, 9.15-10.15am (no classes 18th and 25th October)

A gentle practice, suitable for beginners and anyone recovering from injury. Let us be of gentle support to each other, encouraging, open and safe, so that we might find a space to explore something within.

Beginners vinyasa flow with Charli - 12 week course


Sundays, 7th January - 25th March, 10.45-11.45am

This course is perfect to use as a stepping stone if you are keen to start yoga but feel that you would benefit from a slower paced class to learn the basics. During the course you will gain a greater knowledge and understanding ofvVinyasa classes by breaking down sequences and postures so that you become familiar with how to enter and hold them correctly and safely to prevent injury.



Gentle hatha yoga with Penny – 10 week course


Mondays, 8th January - 26th March, 1.30-3pm (no classes 12th and 19th February)

These classes will consist of gentle mindful yoga poses and movement, small sequences, yoga breathing and relaxation.

Teen yoga with Kate – 10 week course


Mondays, 8th January - 19th March, 4.45-5.45pm (no class 12th February)

If you’re a teenager, you’ve got a lot going on. School, exams, friends, boyfriends, parties…pressure from all directions. You might have heard that yoga can help with life’s stresses, but you’re not quite convinced. Discover what the buzz is all about with this yoga class designed especially for teens.

Beginners Ashtanga yoga with Georgina - 12 week course

Thursdays, 4th January - 22nd March, 6.30-7.30pm

Learn the basics of ashtanga, with a beginners course. This course is aimed at students with little or no experience of yoga (or ashtanga yoga). Using our unique invaluable course, we carefully lead you through the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. We welcome beginners - taking time to explain all movements, showing variations to meet every age, shape and level of fitness.




Beginners ashtanga yoga Mysore course with Caroline - 12 weeks

Tuesday 5th September - 28th November, 8-9pm (no class 24th October)

Starting an ashtanga yoga Mysore practice

Beginners often feel unsure whether Mysore classes are right for them, assuming that they will need to know the sequence before they start. However, this is not the case and, in many ways, learning in a Mysore style class is the best and safest way to learn Astanga yoga as it ensures that beginners are working at their own pace and receiving individual attention




Kundalini yoga with Raeeka – 14 week course


Mondays, 4th September - 11th December, 6.30pm-8pm (no class 18th September)

If you are looking for a type of yoga which focuses on postures and breathing but also meditation + mantra then kundalini yoga is for you.  Each week will involve a different kriya (yoga set) and meditations. This is perfect for you if you are looking for a spiritual angle to your yoga class.

Vinyasa vitality yoga with Suzy - 11 week course

Tuesdays, 9th January - 27th March, 1.15-2.15pm (no class 13th February)

A one hour dynamic yoga class with an opportunity to strengthen, shape up and stretch out. We might also blend in some moves from tai chi and pilates to keep us on our toes. Suitable for complete beginners or the more experienced and can be modified for postnatal participants.
